I offer time of service rates as well as opportunities to work with both IN and OUT of network with insurance with different options based on my two practice locations (more info on this here)

Why go out of network?

When you pay at the time of service and use out of network billing, the whole of my focus goes entirely to your care, which is a better value of both our time.

I understand this isn’t an option for all, and so I offer a limited number of sessions a week through insurance in order to make my work more accessible.

At my Sellwood location I am in network with:
