• Technically speaking, there’s not really such a thing as “regular” acupuncture. Traditionally speaking “acupuncture” refers simply to the application of small needles to specific points in the body as one tool in the kit of a complete practice of utilizing many kinds of skills to support an individual in an overall balance in their body and life as a whole. Mending and tending to the fabric of emotion, cognition, body and essence that is the tapestry of your experience on this earth.

What is unique about what I do is shaped by a lifelong dedication to innovating

Balance here is the key. In my work I pride myself on my precision and accuracy in assessing where one is today and how to lend my skills towards guiding one in the direction of a more coherent integration of the parts that make up the whole of you.

In over a decade and a half of training, I have learned many different tools for supporting this balance. As a Nationally Board Certified and State Licensed Acupuncturist needles are just one of many ways I can support you. When it comes to needles, I am trained and practiced in multiple styles of acupuncture. My trainings expand far beyond this modality into a wide offering of skills and techniques. At my Northwest 21st location I am able to bill for motor vehicle accidents, but otherwise I am out of network but able to take HSA/FSA and to provide you with a super bill as well as light guidance in how to submit for reimbursement through your insurance. See more on the insurance page!

  • This answer is as unique as you are, and depends on what we are working on together. In general I recommend most clients begin with four sessions in for weeks, spaced a week apart to establish a baseline and form a coherent longterm strategy. For new patients who are either not using insurance or going out of network, I offer a four session package discounted at 20% of my normal rate. Call. text, or email me to access my package rates.
