Together over a formal offering of the art of tea we will plot the course of our work and tailor a treatment plan based on your individual needs and goals. In this session, the ingredient of time mixed with the artful practice of tea allows us to more slowly allow the whole of you to become present in the room and guide how you want to show up to the space, to the connections this work is creating, and to your life as a beautiful whole.
Beyond an initial in depth dive into your unfolding story, we will utilize some combination of the therapeutic tools including but not limited to acupuncture, bodywork, moxa, gua sha/cupping based on the intersection of your preferences and my recommendations. Tea selection may be gently caffeinated or non caffeinated and preferences can be easily marked on our custom intake form which will go into more thorough detail.
Because of the element of tea, the first part of this session is not conducive to complete masking, however, we can mask between sips and during the treatment portion of your session if this is your preference. Masks are always welcome and worn by practitioner when requested with no questions asked. (100 minutes)
