About My Approach

As an artist, I view my work as a creative collaboration with life— in the ever changing project of being human. The core of this endeavor is the endless study and practice of the fine art of finding and re-finding balance, across many vectors of this human experience of embodiment.

This art of balance forges the set of skills and well-honed tools I have cultivated to be of service in my work. It is the heart of the wisdom inherent to the many traditions and lineages within which I have studied in depth for nearly two decades. My doctoral focus in translating Classical Chinese language and medical text serves as a compass in navigating how to best be of service.

This work is born out of a lifelong dedication to uncovering myself through my own chronic illnesses and deep pain. Working with these same tools supports my own reconnection with my innate passion and proclivity for deeply sensing and being present with others.

My own symptoms in this life have been beacons guiding me to my own strengths, pathways for seeking and developing the skills to channel my sensitivity into a path of service. What has served me most has been to step out of a lens of pathology and identification with my symptoms and to step continually into my own power as someone who is designed to sense and support others in sophisticated ways.

My training has been highly based in cultivating these senses and refining my ability to tune into a profound way of understanding how the human body has the ability to regenerate itself and how the body is materially communicating its own map for how it wants and needs to grow.

My skills are practical methods for deeply listening and responding to these signals with tried and true methods of care that enable the body to realign with minimal effort involved.

My learning, both inside and outside the classroom, clinic, and creative studio, has guided me, in the spirit of scientific observation, to see an individual as their own ecosystem within various broader ecosystems. I relate to my work as a restorative embodied ecology art practice.

It is an honor to have the opportunity to collaborate with you. My passion is my people, and the wild diversity available to us in this life. Rather than identify my clients with illness and symptoms, I make use of systems of assessment that help you identify with your innate gifts and harness your inner vitality to strengthen yourself in all that you do.

I specialize in the art of deep authentic alignment across disciplines.

I especially enjoy working with the following focuses in my practice:

  • Neurodiversity Resourcing

  • Gender Diversity Resourcing

  • All Kinds of Pain

  • Postural Alignment

  • Hormone Balancing

  • Mental/Somatic Health

  • Headaches/Migraines

  • Creative Blocks

  • Digestive Challenges

  • Professional Alignment

You are welcome here

You are a work of art born of nature.  Your unique challenges are a part of a dynamic web of interrelated parts, and it is with this lens that we can see the deeper roots of pain and discomfort in the body and gently unwind the tangles therein and support your body’s innate ability to restore itself.

The beauty of nature is diversity.  It is with this recognition that I take care to applying myself to understanding intersectionality. Diversity of backgrounds, cultures, genders, body sizes and shapes, neurological statuses— all spectrums are celebrated and tended with care.
